Unless, it is severe, I thought 2 injections were enough. I also hear it is bad for themto have too many shots. It does something to the skin - can anyone help me on that?? I use one drop of Revolution for kittens and find that works, but only once a month.

I would ring the Cambridge Cavy Trust, they will be able to advise about you the correct treatment, especially with the piggys being so young. The number is at the bottom of my links page www.susieandpigs.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/links.htm good luck

The injections are fine unless severe. You can give orally too. I do know someone who can supply Ivomec. If oyu would like details please email me. Michele

When I took my Jeeves to have Ivomec, my vet said he had some new stuff in, it is a spot on which kills mites and worms, it works through the blood to kill the worms according to my vet. He only put a couple of spots on him. No adverse reaction from it, (unless that is what has made him popcorn all over the place ;D).
