Yes! most Definately if you get a girl they will fight like mad even if they get a whiff of her!!
3 boys can SOMETIMES be kept with a lot of hard work and perseverance see Susies pages on keeping three.
But definately don't put a girl anywhere near two boys they will fight and fall out forever READ SUSIE'S pages CAREFULLY!!!!!!!!!
Thats what her website is for -- INFORMATION!!!
Rather than get them a mate why not get another pair so everyone has company all the time ( kept in pairs not all out together lol)
Piggies are precious!

Absolutely agree with the guest who posted above. Don't put a girl with them, putting a lady with two boys will make them fight over her. When a girl is involved they could cause serious injury to each other and could never go back together. :'(I'm sure now you know this you would not risk their lives.
If you want to breed them with the girl then even putting them seperately with her it is unlikely they would go back together with the other boy after they had been bred. My advice is it is also not a good idea to breed guinea pigs unless you know what you are doing.
I'd stick with the two boys if I were you. If you want more piggys and have room/can afford you would be best to get more boars as the smell of girls can make boys fight. Even if you do get boys its best to keep them in a seperate cage. Boys just don't get on in groups of more than 2.
Good luck Jozzia
